A collection of fixes which makes it possible to finish the game with riot cheats on, that is with RoughNeighbourhood, AllDriversAreCriminals, and StateOfEmergency cheats.

It starts automatically when you start a new game.

It displays counters both for the current game, and for the whole session (in parentheses), and resets automatically when starting a new game.
Shows which cheat codes are enabled.
More universal version of the above. Automatically detects when cheats are being enabled or disabled. Disabled cheats can be removed from display by clicking on their numbers.
For scripts version 1 or version 2, mostly conforming to any% route.
There are also V1 saves automatically converted from V2, which may not work.
